Despite every attempt to jump through time, Takemichi Hanagaki cannot stop the death of Hinata Tachibana—his childhood sweetheart—in the present. Now an older man, he wrestles with sorrow and the fallout of the Tokyo Manji crew that grew into a crime syndicate because of his own interference. The group, once guided by the hopeful Manjirou "Mikey" Sano, has fallen under the cruel control of Tetta Kisaki and lost its original hopeful purpose.
Feeling utterly despondent, Takemichi returns to earlier days to probe the rival motorcycle club Black Dragon, whose deeds ultimately bring Hinata"s end. There he encounters Hakkai Shiba, a young member whose elder brother Taiju dominates Black Dragon with brutality. After Taiju viciously beats Takemichi in a one‑handed street fight, Hakkai tries to quit Tokyo Manji as an apology—an act Takemichi must stop to save Hakkai from a bleak destiny.
Through shared loss, Takemichi forges a deep friendship with Chifuyu Matsuno, a bond both youths desperately crave. With Chifuyu beside him, Takemichi strives to untangle the fates of Black Dragon"s ranks and forge a brighter future for those he loves. Their combined resolve fuels a relentless pursuit of justice and redemption.
