During a typical after‑school food hunt, ravenous senior Hibiki Sakura is confronted by her best friend Ayaka Uehara about her constantly widening waist. After her solo workouts prove disastrous, Hibiki opts to enroll at the newly opened Silverman Gym. At orientation she bumps into the student council president and campus idol Akemi Souryuuin.
Soon Hibiki discovers that her expectations were far from reality. Silverman Gym is packed with world‑class bodybuilders and athletes, and to make matters worse Akemi reveals herself as a full‑blown muscle fetishist. Disturbed by the spectacle, Hibiki tries to leave, only to be halted by trainer Naruzou Machio. Captivated by her new "Prince Charming," Hibiki signs up as a member. Now, thanks to this impulsive choice, she must adjust to her altered routine.
