At the start of her first year at university, Hana Uzaki reunites with Shinichi Sakurai, an upper‑classman who had been in the same club as her during high school. Yet to her surprise, the once energetic senior has become a solitary student, preferring quiet solitude in his free time.
Uzaki does everything she can to keep Sakurai from feeling alone—convincing him to go to the movies, inviting him to his part‑time job. Though Sakurai finds her bothersome and exhausting, he still goes along with Uzaki"s antics and pranks, even though he knows her bubbly nature will only lead the pair into a series of comic mishaps.
