The demon Jashin‑chan was brought to Earth by Yurine Hanazono, a girl who excels at the occult. Unfortunately Yurine has no idea how to return Jashin‑chan to Hell, so she is now trapped on Earth and forced to live in Yurine"s apartment as her familiar.
The only way for the demon to get back is to kill the summoner, but that"s easier said than done for an inept demon. Because Jashin‑chan is immortal and can regenerate, Yurine unleashes a variety of weapons against her, inflicting gruesome punishments for her wicked plots. Jashin‑chan also receives frequent visits from her demon companions: the gentle Gorgon Medusa and the spirited minotaur Minosu, who are far better behaved and disapprove of her attempts to murder Yurine.
Despite their differences, the pair must cooperate to survive everyday chaos. Their constant bickering and unexpected alliances make for a hilarious, supernatural household.
