The manga follows four new students who enroll together in a junior high school. On the opening day, Hikaru Suzuki notices Sayaka, an exceptionally skilled girl, reciting a play script on the roof, and he is captivated by her. While Hikaru develops feelings for Sayaka, his close friend Chihiro harbors a secret affection toward him. Additionally, another boy named Shinobu Suzuki—unrelated to Hikaru—is also enamored with Chihiro. The story unfolds over the course of a semester, exploring their intertwined emotions and the challenges they face together.
