Tamaki is an elementary student in school. Her dad, Dr. Yagiyama, adores penguins and his relentless talks about them make Tamaki despise the birds. To erase her aversion, he creates a penguin robot named Minori. Together, Tamaki and Minori dash through the district to fix mishaps caused by her father daily.
