Since the show is called Catman, naturally all the inhabitants of the city where the story takes place are anthropomorphic cats. The story centers on the main character, Catman, because he reflects some of the most complex aspects of this city. This show is quite unique in that it contains no dialogue, but features subtitles in Japanese and English, and has a fairly lively soundtrack.
