After learning that the East Blue islands are being obliterated, Monkey D. Luffy and his mates set sail to investigate. Yet along the route an eccentric pirate vessel descends from above, commanded by the notorious Shiki 'the Golden Lion'—a former Impel Down escapee who consumed the Float‑Float Fruit. Driven to topple the World Government, Shiki seizes Nami as his navigator and consigns the remaining Straw Hat crew to his airborne strongholds, trapping her in a quandary. Isolated within Shiki's dominion, Luffy and his companions must endure the bewildering landscape to rescue their navigator and comrade and ensure they return safely to their beloved crew while confronting the relentless challenges that test their resolve and friendship in the unforgiving sea today.
