The film opens with Fuyuki Hinata and the Keroro Platoon venturing into a deserted temple perched atop Machu Picchu in Peru. During their exploration, Keroro inadvertently triggers a hidden mechanism, and by coincidence they stumble upon an unseen chamber containing a massive blue crystal set on a pedestal that holds a key. The temple's stone arches whisper ancient secrets, and a faint hum seems to pulse from the crystal as Keroro presses the key. The device activates, sending a surge of energy that makes the entire structure tremble. Realizing the danger, the team flees the room. While escaping, Keroro drops his Kero Ball and Fuyuki catches a brief glimpse of a luminous young woman as they rush out; he whispers that someone was inside, but the moment ends before he can explain further. The group manages to escape safely, though a lingering sense of foreboding follows them. Meanwhile, the woman—now sprouting radiant wings—watches their departure from a distance. Back in the chamber, something unseen begins to grow within the crystal.
