Young Amon possesses enigmatic abilities. His father serves as the chief scientist for the Golden Snake Empire, having previously forged weapons for its forces. Though he has created armaments, he fears his son"s gifts will be wielded for ruin; consequently, he destroys his own work and attempts to flee the nation with his kin. During the escape, both parents perish, leaving Amon alone. He evades the army and lands on a remote isle where he discovers an ancient tribe capable of soaring with the wind and communicating with beasts, much like himself. Thereafter he finds refuge in a fishing hamlet, befriending Maria. When the Golden Snake forces assault the settlement, the duo flee alongside a cadre of insurgents. Together they endeavor to halt the Golden Snake Empire"s conquest and annihilation. Adapted from C.W.
