The homeless dog named Rock swears to exact revenge on the tiger called Killer in the zoo, who killed his mother. The dogs of the town, alarmed by Killer"s brutal acts, come together to support Rock. By shifting the target of vengeance to his mother"s murderer, it becomes easier for children to empathize with him for the sake of justice.
