The story follows the three Kisugi sisters—Hitomi, Rui and Ai—who run a café named Cat's Eye. They serve coffee; by night they operate as an elite trio of art thieves, leaving a card with the name 'Cat's Eye' at each robbery. Their targets are pieces once owned by their long‑absent father, Heinz, a renowned collector during the Nazi era, hoping he will reach out. The detective pursuing them is Toshio, Hitomi's betrothed, who vows to bring the Cat's Eye Gang to justice. Heists are planned and each piece is returned to a safe location, hoping their father will reappear.
