On the eve of her birthday, Akane is asked to fetch a gift from her aunt Chi's shop in its quiet corner. While exploring, she stumbles upon an enigmatic slab bearing a hand‑shaped cavity. Intrigued, she slips her hand into it and finds it fits exactly. Suddenly, an odd alchemist named Hippocrates and his pupil Pipo materialize, proclaiming Akane the famed "Goddess of the Green Wind."
The two eccentrics claim to hail from another realm linked to the shop"s basement. With that world"s peace threatened, Hippocrates and Pipo beg Akane for aid—she being the sole one who can avert ruin. Reluctantly, she joins them on a quest to restore balance for the realm's future, bringing her aunt along as they venture into a wondrous new land filled with unseen wonders beyond their world.
