On the green island of Erin, inhabited by Gaelic tribes, troops of the Holy Empire invade. The Senate, frightened by a prophecy, sent the High Priest Dovrk to forever imprison the sleeping Demon Lord Aravan somewhere in Erin, whose hour of awakening is already near. In reality the cunning priest had a completely different plan – to personally awaken the demon lord and receive supreme power from him as a sign of gratitude, while destroying all enemies. Clearly, the dark deed requires a human sacrifice – and the Empire"s warriors attack a small village, taking advantage of the fact that all the tribe"s men are on hunting. Capturing priestess Rianonn, a descendant of elven kings, Dovrk and his men infiltrate Aravan"s cave and begin the ritual, while Gaelic warriors who rushed in pursuit hopelessly lag behind… No one expected that Aravan, once a rebellious angel, would not intend to devour the offered sacrifice and destroy the world. After a thousand years of imprisonment, the former demon lord has changed and now wishes to partially atone for past sins. From first sight he fell in love with the beautiful and brave Rianonn and decided to help her and her people.
