In 2029, Scrooge breaks free from a laboratory where he had been held as an experimental test subject. His physique was altered through genetic engineering, and he employs psychic abilities to eliminate pursuers. One day he encounters another test subject named Carol. When three telepathic hunters track both, Carol requests that Scrooge use his right limb to retrieve a weapon from her body in the shadows.
