One year has passed since Odago Koinosuke chased Nanohana Jiyu, trying to teach her the Lovely Eyepatch. Koinosuke departed into the afterlife, and Jiyu"s days settled into a calm school routine. One fine day on her way to school, Jiyu notices a strange boy holding that very Eyepatch. Not wanting to recall the past, Jiyu quickly reaches school where she meets a new classmate – Yagyu Freasha, a girl with a radiant smile, clear blue eyes and a crowd of newly minted admirers. They instantly become friends and even decide that Freasha will live in Jiyu"s house. However, everything turns out not to be so "Calmly!" as Freasha likes to say in pure Russian. The girls barely enter the house when a guy with a katana barges in and attacks Jiyu. The situation seems hopeless, for Jiyu cannot defend herself without the Lovely Eyepatch, which turns her into a reincarnation of Yagyu Jubei, the greatest swordsman in the world. As soon as Jiyu remembers it, Odago Ayunosuke, Koinosuke"s son, appears from beneath the earth and hands her the Patch. Now, alongside attempts to rid herself of the persistent Ayunosuke with the Patch in hand, Jiyu will have to confront several times the mysterious clan of Syberian Yagyu and an extremely strong ninja girl who wears an eye patch suspiciously reminiscent of the one Jiyu herself wore.
