The Second Europa War rages between Gallia and the Eastern European Imperial Coalition, while a condemned combat unit called the Nameless flees from both powers. Labeled insurgents by Gallia and a top target for the Coalition, the Nameless search for purpose amid the conflict. Compounding their plight, tank driver Gusurg deserts them to join the Coalition forces in the midst of relentless hostilities.
Following the liberation of a modest village from the Coalition, the Nameless encounter Isara Welkin, an injured driver from Gallia"s Squad 7. She tells leader Kurt Irving that her unit is withdrawing after a botched assault and begs the Nameless to rescue them. Now they must decide whether to stay concealed or risk redemption by helping the country that branded them traitors.
