The plot follows Ribbon-chan, a student battling English proficiency, who transforms into a magical heroine after striking a pact with her self-proclaimed familiar Toner. She dreams of becoming a top idol capable of filling Tokyo Dome with her powerful singing and energetic dancing and everywhere.
