Hidomi Hibajiri is a teenager who never removes her headphones. Her days are spent attending school, assisting at her mother's café, and immersing herself in music. With nothing to shatter the suffocating routine, she keeps her earbuds on nonstop—until a strange woman with a guitar rams her into the street.
That same evening, a robot crashes into Hidomi"s room accompanied by Ko Ide from her class; the trio is pursued through town. The guitar‑armed stranger rescues them, Hidomi sports a horn sprouting from her forehead. Where these machines originate, the nature of this Vespa‑style woman, or why she bears that appendage remain mysteries, but it seems Hidomi cannot ignore the chaos with her headphones alone.
The encounter forces her to confront a world she had hidden behind melodies. As night deepens, she realizes that her headphones can no longer be a shield; they are part of story she must live.
