The plot of the series revolves around a 12‑year‑old boy named Nanda Ba Naota. His ordinary life was abruptly interrupted by the arrival of a girl named Haruhara Haruko, who, on their very first meeting, knocks Naota over with her scooter and later hits him on the head with her bass guitar. How surprised the boy was when, later, he met Haruko at his home and learned that from that day she would work as his maid. From that point on, gigantic robots from the company Medical Mechanica literally started popping out of Naota"s head, causing quite a few problems for both the "owner" of the head and his newly minted maid. At the same time, commander Amarao is watching over the boy, believing that Medical Mechanica intends to conquer the galaxy. A confluence of circumstances thrusts Naota into the center of a three‑way struggle between Haruko, Amarao, and Medical Mechanica.
