Lt. Rei Fukai serves as a pilot in the FAF Special Air Force"s Boomerang Reconnaissance Unit, commanding a Super Sylph fighter christened "Yukikaze." From lofty altitudes he surveys aerial engagements, gathering and dissecting critical data on JAM tactics.
