Following his escape from the Beltrum Kingdom's capital, Rio departs with former mentor Celia Claire and his bonded spirit Aishia, only to confront another perilous ordeal. He discovers that several acquaintances from his previous life in Japan have abruptly appeared across this unfamiliar realm in the midst of a chaotic, shifting landscape, Promptly, Rio intervenes to rescue a small cohort and adopts them as protégés. Astonishingly, one of those he saves is Miharu Ayase, his childhood companion from the former self.
Yet these newcomers were not the sole summons. Joined by old comrades and fresh allies, Rio embarks on a quest to find the remaining captives while seeking a method to return them to Japan. Throughout, he remains steadfast in his ultimate mission: avenging his mother's death.
