After vanquishing the Floor Masters of the six preceding tiers, Hakuno Kishinami and Saber reach the uppermost level of the Moon Cell. Their adversary will be Leonardo B. Harwey—the most powerful Master ever in the Holy Grail War and presently the fan favorite after his earlier triumph.
Upon arriving at a meadow of blossoms amid drifting islands, Hakuno, Saber, and Rin Toosaka encounter a hooded figure watering the flowers. Saber instantly unsheathes her blade before the cloaked man, who discloses himself as Prince Gawain: the Platinum Saber and Knight of the Round Table. Yet when Gawain declares he wishes no combat, the four converse about endless prospects for the Holy Grail, with Hakuno resolved to restore the Moon Cell to its original state.
Their talk ends as a distant clang echoes across the heavens in the twilight sky, with the weight of everlasting centuries upon them. The weary Gawain, aware of its import, tells the trio that little time remains for their lives. He directs them toward the ultimate arena, where the two Sabers will clash again to decide humanity"s destiny.
