In 2035, Team Suzaku and Team Sledge Mamma are getting ready for the ultimate showdown in a high‑stakes environment of the 12th Immortal Grand-1 Prix (IG1 or IGPX), and to showcase their potential. Takeshi commands Team Suzaku, a squad of enthusiastic young hobbyist pilots who must maximize their scarce funds and armaments while honing their skills to prepare themselves for the pro‑level contest. This short series acted as a pilot for the full IGPX: Immortal Grand Prix, with each episode lasting no more than five minutes. The main distinction is that this series showcased fighting mecha contests rather than the usual racing ones.
