In the land of Vesparand, a newly found mineral boasting extreme cloaking abilities has captured Lupin"s interest. Simultaneously, the sudden demise of Queen Sakura and her heir Prince Gill positions Princess Mira as the next monarch. While touring Japan, Mira encounters her look‑alike Ran and seizes the chance to swap identities, resulting in Ran being whisked away to Vesparand accompanied by Conan, Zenigata, Kogoro Mouri, Lupin and Fujiko.
