Yuto Amakawa hails from a clan of demon fighters, who, as is known, exist and do everything to inform the few people capable of harming them. The boy"s parents died and managed only to leave a talisman for their little son, intended to protect him from otherworldly forces – but only until he turns 16. Thus Yuto reached adulthood under the watch of his childhood friend Rinko Kudzaki, unaware of his destiny and only afraid of cats to which he is allergic. But the evil forces did not have time to rejoice when another, living amulet arrived in place of one: the spirit of a werecat named Himari, with whom the main character"s grandfather once swore to protect the last descendant of the clan. For camouflage, Himari prefers to perform her duties in the guise of an alluring dark‑haired girl with a katana. And, as is known, guarding her master must be everywhere – at school, on the street, at home, in bed – and the closer the bodyguard is, the better… This arrangement clearly does not satisfy Rinko, whose all plans have blown away… to the spirits, but at least it hinders demons, who mostly take seductive female forms in order to eliminate the main character. And if we consider that in another demon‑hunting clan there remains only a single heiress, then Yuto should think – is it not time to finally take control of the situation?
