Funassyi, the beloved pear-shaped mascot of Tokyo's Funabashi district, will soon launch its own anime short series on March 30. The Funassyi no Funafunafuna Hiyori (Funassyi's Aimless Days) shorts will air every weekday daily within the morning variety show Sukkiri!! Besides Funassyi, the series will introduce a brand-new character Guressyi (voiced by Lynn) and Nashigami-sama (voiced by Naoki Tatsuta).
