Makoto is intimately familiar with every corner of the lively Tokyo district and works to keep order together with the G‑Boys, a group that aids him in his conflict‑resolution tasks. Under the leadership of the charismatic yet brutal Takashi Andou, the G‑Boys are the most powerful syndicate in Ikebukuro.
Yet when a new crew, the "Red Angels," starts encroaching on G‑Boys territory, friction spikes instantly. With many foes both outside and inside the G‑Boys, Makoto"s navigation of the streets grows perilous.
