Confronted only by a silent figure called Murasaki and countless portals on either side, Toyohisa was drawn through the closest opening into a realm utterly alien to him.
This unfamiliar domain hosted an array of mythical beings, along with fighters from various epochs of Toyohisa's homeland who were presumed dead. He quickly allied with the notorious commander Nobunaga Oda and the veteran marksman Yoichi Suketaka Nasu, discovering a continent riven by political turmoil. Moreover, they were summoned as "Drifters" to oppose the "Ends," forces responsible for founding the Orte Empire and intent on eradicating the Drifters. As the Ends gained strength, so did the Empire"s oppression of elves and other half‑humans. It fell to Toyohisa and his band of atypical champions to wage a fresh global conflict, defending the Empire"s populace while confronting the Ends that guarded the land and sought dominion for themselves.
