After defeating Majin Buu and rescuing the planet, Gokuu Son and his comrades anticipate a deserved pause. Yet none of them realize that their clash was captured by Gomah, a malevolent entity who has taken the throne of the Demon Realm following the demise of its previous sovereign, Dabura.
Beside Gomah stands Degesu, the younger sibling of Higashi no Kaioshin, a universal ruler. Envious of his elder"s dominion, Degesu collaborates with Gomah to seize Earth"s Dragon Balls and preempt any future threats. Summoning the ancient dragon Shenron, Gomah commands that Gokuu and his allies be turned back into children, stripping them of the boundless strength that toppled Buu. With Earth"s mightiest fighters reduced to miniature versions, Gomah captures Dende, the planet"s provisional deity.
Nonetheless, Gokuu rejects being undone by his altered form and strives to master the younger incarnation so he can fight with adult skill. Accompanied by Kaioshin and Glorio—a shadowy yet defiant demon—Gokuu tracks Gomah into the Demon Realm to free Dende and restore his companions to their rightful ages.
Gomah"s scheme threatens not only the heroes but also the delicate balance of all worlds, forcing Gokuu to act swiftly. Despite the daunting challenge, Gokuu"s resolve remains unshaken as he trains his youthful body to match the prowess of his former self.
