Twelve Months tells the heartwarming tale of Anya, an orphaned girl who lives in a modest cottage, in the moonlit garden. A spoiled princess—also bereft of parents—spots a photograph of a Galanthus and instantly craves one. Yet the Galanthus blooms only in spring, specifically April. It is New Year's Eve, and finding such a blossom amid winter was impossible. The princess proffers a chest of gold to anyone who can deliver her a bundle of Galanthus for her in winter.
