One year has passed since Shiro, the Silver King, vanished; Kurou Yatogami and Neko have tirelessly searched, yet to no avail. Their inquiry brings them into conflict with former members of the dissolved Red Clan HOMRA—Rikio Kamamoto and Anna Kushina—who are being hunted by the Green Clan, eager to seize Anna's abilities for their own purposes. In response, Scepter 4 joins Kurou and Neko to rescue Anna, the mascot and sole surviving female of the fallen Red Clan, from hostile grasp while hoping to locate Shiro through her youthful powers. Amid turmoil, the party faces a power clash as the Green Clan attempts to usurp the Gold King's territory.
