After his brave sacrifice during the conflict with Albion, Saito Hiraga receives knighthood and is regarded as a nobleman, unsettles Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière. Their dynamic, once clearly the powerful Void mage and his naïve familiar, now feels uncertain, prompting her to question what this change implies for both of them.
While journeying toward a fortress, Louise is attacked by the formidable sorcerer Sheffield. Facing him alone, the young mage teeters on defeat until Saito intervenes. The enigmatic Void power seems to influence the clash, leading Louise to suspect the existence of another Void practitioner. She also notices that Saito"s sigil is dimming, setting the stage for a new quest: locating the elf who restored him earlier. The bond that linked master and servant is tested anew as they strive to renew the runes and reshape their connection.
Their determination, forged in battle and tempered by experience, promises to guide them through the trials ahead and beyond.
