Haneru Tobitatsu is a lively junior high student who loves to dance. Motivated by his hero Jey El, the top sensation in dance worldwide, Haneru trains daily outside Memorial Hall after classes. Little does he know that his covert practice is being observed by Kanon Otosaki—whose real persona is the renowned online dancer Rhythm—who also visits that spot. Upon discovering this, Haneru instantly wants to partner with her.
Gradually learning the thrill of collaborating, the pair steps into the street‑dance scene, where they encounter Kumonosuke, Mizuki, and Yuzuru, eventually establishing the troupe "Tribe Cool Crew." Facing fierce rivals, they aim to one day perform alongside Jey El. Their bond grows as they share stories, challenges, and dreams. Together they blend styles, creating a fusion that captivates audiences. Their performances attract attention from regional dance festivals.
