Having finally broken out of Green Dolphin Street Prison, Jolyne Kuujou—together with her allies Ermes Costello and Emporio Alniño—sets off across Florida to chase the malevolent priest Enrico Pucci. Her partners Weather Report and Narciso Anasui try to keep pace, hoping to thwart Pucci"s scheme. Both sides pursue the priest while confronting a host of hostile Stand users aligned with him.
As Jolyne"s friends battle for survival, Pucci speeds toward the Kennedy Space Center. There he intends to carry out his grand design, convinced that a divine mandate has been given to him. He seeks to realize Dio Brando"s will, stripping humanity of free choice and binding them to destiny, thereby forging a world in which all people live contentedly.
With her comatose father Joutarou unable to assist, Jolyne must deploy every lesson earned behind bars to face Pucci in a decisive clash that will determine the fate of the world, as she confronts her own limits during this ultimate confrontation in a desperate fight for humanity's future.
