In the kingdom, citizens despise young Prince Bojji, who neither hears nor speaks. They mock him as "The Useless Prince," ridiculing his perceived foolishness.
Yet Bojji, though lacking physical might, possesses a steadfast heart. A fortuitous meeting with a shadow being that could have scarred him instead gives him hope, as he believes he has found companionship among those who only spot his flaws. He begins to meet Kage, the shadow, frequently, so much that even the initially harsh creature softens toward him.
