Senkuu has set his ambition to recover two million years of human progress and revive every person turned into stone. Yet one obstacle blocks his path: Tsukasa Shishiou, who insists that only the strongest among the petrified should be brought back.
As winter thaws and spring draws near, Senkuu and his comrades in Ishigami Village finalize plans for an assault on the Tsukasa Empire. Armed with a newly redesigned mobile device, the Kingdom of Science stands poised to unveil its latest initiative aimed at swaying large portions of Tsukasa's forces. Yet time is limited; each day the Kingdom refines its inventions while the empire swells in strength.
Reconnecting with former allies and securing fresh supporters, Senkuu and the Kingdom of Science must halt Tsukasa's troops to achieve their mission of reviving humanity and all its achievements. With each faction pursuing its vision, the Stone Wars have erupted.
