Following a scooter crash triggered by an enigmatic woman's sight, Angelino—an idle fellow among countless others in the bleak, shadowed alleys of Dark Meat City—begins suffering severe migraines of the cold night coupled with bizarre visions. Together with his close friend Vinz, he seeks to uncover the cause while ominous men in black relentlessly pursue him.
