Minato goes to an anime event with a friend, where he attends a performance by professional seiyu. Their talent amazes him to the depth of his soul, and there he meets Tikako — a student at Suidobashi Animation Academy. The rest of the plot tells about the difficulties that those who wish to become seiyu will have to overcome.
