A feline called Blanket has spent many years residing in a skyscraper flat in the metropolis with his offspring, Cloak. One afternoon, intrigued by the outdoors, Cloak chooses to depart and sets off on a quest to discover the fabled cat utopia. To reunite with his child, Blanket must face his anxieties and heal old wounds, aided by a female Macaw for safety.
