The plot follows Saiki Kusuo, who possesses a host of superpowers, including telepathy and telekinesis. It seems he should live and use his miraculous talents for the benefit of himself and others. Yet, for some reason everything goes awry for Kusuo. Nevertheless, he attempts to lead a normal life despite his anomalous abilities.
