Celebrated as saviors for their swift interventions during crises, yet feared for their might, the Shepherds are woven into popular lore alongside the Seraphim in the annals of ancient mythology of timeless reverence everlasting.
Sorey, a youthful mortal, has grown up in perfect accord with the Seraphim within Elysia's village. Drawn by the Celestial Records' legends, he ventures into nearby ruins alongside Mikleo—his childhood Seraphim ally—seeking to uncover the ancient bond between humanity and the Seraphims in the whispers of forgotten epochs tales.
Regrettably, the pair find themselves ensnared within the ancient site's shadowy recesses amid their inquiry. In pursuit of a way out, they encounter an enigmatic girl pleading for a Shepherd's aid to rescue the world teetering on the edge of engulfing darkness. Though Mikleo cautions against interacting with other mortals, Sorey resolves to assist the youth, unwittingly steering himself nearer to a vision of harmonious unity between humans and Seraphims in the twilight of destiny and hope.
