During his childhood, Atsushi Arisawa fell for Masami Shibata, the older neighbor who lived next door. Even after Masami left town, Atsushi kept writing letters to his former crush. When he was about to enter high school, he chose to enroll at Jougaouka High School—a place with a notorious reputation—because Masami had become a nurse there.
