Erika Shinohara has begun fabricating tales of her love life to win the admiration of her new acquaintances. When they request a photo of her "boyfriend," she quickly captures an image of a striking stranger, one whom everyone instantly identifies as the well-liked and compassionate Kyouya Sata.
Caught in a maze of falsehoods and eager to dodge embarrassment, Erika confides her dilemma to Kyouya, pleading for him to pose as her partner. Yet the man she admires is not the saint he seems: in reality, he is a cruel sadist who compels Erika to serve as his "dog" if she will keep his secret.
Reluctantly agreeing, Erika soon notices glimpses of the genuine Kyouya beneath his deceptive exterior. As she grows increasingly attracted to him, she wonders whether he will ever reciprocate her feelings. Will Kyouya ultimately transform Erika into an honest woman, or will she remain a "wolf girl" forever?
