The events take place in the 21st century. One fine day, gates opened in the center of the Ginza district (Tokyo). From them emerged soldiers and strange creatures, and soon Ginza turned into hell. These gates likely connect Japan with a parallel world, a world where all power lies in the hands of a warlike empire inhabited by fantastic beings. The Japanese Self‑Defense Forces decided to send a small reconnaissance detachment there, led by a slightly deranged otaku‑warrior. The scouts must uncover everything possible about the foreign world, its inhabitants, the empire and its plans. Upon entering the parallel world they stumbled upon a village completely burned by a huge fire‑breathing dragon. Only an elf girl survived, whom the detachment found unconscious in a well. The heroes realize they must warn nearby cities of the danger and do everything possible to help people. Along the way, new companions with amazing abilities join them, and the scouts learn a lot more about this dangerous world.
