In the glorious city of Stenbild City, things are not calm today. Forty-five years ago, people with supernatural powers appeared there, called NEXT. Some of them became superheroes who participate in the super popular TV show "Heroes TV LIVE". During another crime, superhero veteran Tiger finds himself in a difficult situation and is saved by a new hero named Barnaby. Thus begins the story of the first superhero duo, Tiger and Rabbit. A new trend has emerged in the anime industry; now many well-known studios produce superhero series. But one of the most renowned studios stood aside, searching for a gimmick. And so it laid out its cards. Sunrise produced another interesting project in which the heroes are TV stars, listening to the show producer and the wishes of their sponsors.
