During a storm unleashed by UMA Winter, Billy receives a report on the Autumn clash and discovers that Undead and Unluck are maturing. Juiz materializes, telling him the relics are armaments designed to topple God and that the Ark can only complete one more cycle. She begs Billy to ally again, betting everything on Unluck to reach their joint aim: "defeat God." Yet Billy insists they cannot cooperate. Juiz sees Billy"s real motive—to seize Ark and Apocalypse—but before she can react, Billy pulls them into a savage fight with UMAs on both sides. Firm in their own "justice," Juiz advances with her sword, while Billy counters by employing other Negators" powers and his gun. What is Billy"s real goal? Meanwhile, Andy and Fuko, having seized Autumn"s core, are airborne to strike Summer. But Billy foresees that Juiz gave Apocalypse to Andy, and dispatches killers to hit the duo from above.
