After the chaotic school festival, Masatune Makabe keeps pushing forward with his vengeance plan: to make the "Cruel Princess" Aki Adagaki fall hard for him and then drop her straight away. When his class heads to Paris, famed as the City of Love, Masatune sees a perfect chance to settle his childhood score.
Before he can win Aki"s heart, they encounter Muriel Besson, a French high‑school otaku who dreams of publishing a romantic‑comedy manga. Muriel thinks Masatune is the perfect prototype for her hero and asks him to help. He hesitates but agrees, pulling Aki along as a muse for the heroine"s love interest. To satisfy Muriel, they must demonstrate what Japanese romance truly feels like.
Complicating things further, Kanetsugu Gasou pretends to be Aki"s old friend Masatune in order to manipulate and exploit her. With mix‑ups, rival suitors, and a tangled web of feelings, Masatune"s revenge turns out to be far more challenging than expected.
