Kei Kunieda works as a news anchor, always projecting a friendly and courteous image on air. Beneath the smile he secretly vents curses at others, keeping his darker side concealed. His routine runs smoothly, though he hides half of himself from everyone. That all changes when he encounters Ushio Tsuzuki, a stop‑motion filmmaker.
Soon Kei is entangled in a deception caused by his dual identities meeting Ushio under separate circumstances, with the other man unaware they are one and the same.
