Emerging from the intense feelings of their creators, compact pocket realms called Phenomenon have started appearing throughout Japan. These fabricated worlds overwrite the surroundings of a target area and can only be erased if their creator is defeated or placated. To counter this, the military established a task force named Trinary; its trio—Miyabi Koigasaki, Gabriela Lotaryńska, and Ayami Kunimasa—focus on neutralizing Phenomenon.
During a concert of her favorite idol, Tsubame Ouse becomes trapped in one such Phenomenon and is rescued by Trinary"s swift intervention, allowing the crisis to be resolved. Following this, Tsubame and newcomer Kagura Uzuki decide to join the active Trinary unit. As the members juggle ordinary life with the duty of tackling each new Phenomenon, they discover that their own reality faces its own set of challenges. Even as they confront these anomalies, the team must also navigate personal relationships and societal expectations.
